If you have reached this link, you are here to report an incident of Critical Theory (CT) or LGBTQIA+ indoctrination in the Mead School District. This form is for reporting classroom and library material that contains either Critical Race Theory (CRT) or forced LGBTQIA+ indoctrination. This reporting form is meant to address classroom lessons, assignments, books and written works, and digital learning materials including websites, videos, and online applications.
The information you submit here will be compiled and then presented as findings directly to the Mead School District as proof that CT/CRT/LGBTQIA materials are being taught in our classrooms, even though these materials have no connection to the approved curriculum in our District.
When we present our findings to the Mead School District, your name, your child’s name, and the teacher’s name will not be included. Our findings will describe the incident, and include photos, videos, pictures and other proof when possible. We may name the school where the incident took place.
We encourage you to exercise your rights by filing a formal complaint with the Mead School District.
